Accessing it, or using any of its pages, means you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, please leave the Website.

2. What the Website is — and what it is not

The Website is an information and contact channel. Nothing on it constitutes legal, tax, investment or other professional advice, and no content should be relied upon as such. Sending us a message through the Website does not create a lawyer–client, adviser–client or any other professional relationship, does not constitute an engagement, and does not make us responsible for your matter. A professional relationship arises only from a written engagement letter signed by both parties. Our standard terms and conditions of business apply to any engagement and are provided with the engagement letter; they are not published on this Website.

You may view, download and print pages for your own internal reference. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence or any right over those contents.

5. Links to and from third-party sites

Where the Website links to a third-party site, that site is controlled by its own operator. We do not monitor or endorse its content and accept no responsibility for it, for its availability or for any processing of personal data it carries out.
